We are accredited by the major manufacturers to carry out warranty repairs on their behalf. If your handset is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you will only need to pay us a fixed fee to cover the postage and handling costs required.

When you book a repair with us, we will send you a postal pack which contains pre-paid Royal Mail Insured Special Delivery bag. Follow our instructions about what to put in this bag, post it, and then relax and be assured that your phone is on its way to one of the largest and most reliable repair centres in the UK.

If your handset is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will contact you to discuss what the repair requires, and explain our fixed price structure.

We will assess your handset, and if it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will repair it and send it straight back to you by insured Special Delivery with no additional charge.

If your handset cannot be repaired, we may be able to offer to purchase your handset for safe and environmentally-friendly recycling.
