Repairmob.com provides a repair service for mobile phones. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you agree to proceed. You should print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

When you confirm that you will send your device to repairmob.com you will need to tick the box indicating that you accept these terms and conditions. If you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to send us your device to use for repair.

Things you need to know

Our site is only intended for use by people resident in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, accessing the site from within the UK.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
You must own all rights, title and interests in any device that you send to us.
We are not responsible for any call costs arising during the repair of your device.
The fixed handling price we charge provides an Insured Royal Mail delivery service. The insurance is provided by Royal Mail, repairmob.com does not accept liability for any devices lost in transit to us.
If your mobile phone is lost in the post we can advise you on the best way to make a claim against the Royal Mail but we cannot guarantee that this will be successful.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions
The initial fixed charge covers the costs of postage and handling. It does not cover the cost of repairing the device. Where the handset can be repaired under warranty, you will not be required to pay any additional charges. However, if the handset repair is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you will be liable for the repair costs. We will quote a fixed price to cover the parts and labour required to repair the device. If you decline the quotation, a payment of £15 will be required to cover the time spent analysing the handset. This fee will require to be paid prior to the handset being returned
If the handset is deemed to be beyond economical repair, we will contact you to advise you of this. If you wish the handset to be returned to you, a fee of £15 must be paid to cover the time spent analysing the handset. Alternatively, we may offer to retain and recycle the handset and waive this fee.
If no fault can be found with the handset, we will contact you for further details. If this still does not allow us to diagnose the fault, a payment of £15 will be required to cover the time spent analysing the handset. This fee will require to be paid prior to the handset being returned

Data

Please ensure you remove your SIM card before sending us your mobile phone as SIM cards contain personal details. Repairmob.com and Regenersis will not accept liability if SIM cards are sent. SIM cards received will be securely destroyed. Please ensure you also remove your memory card before sending us your mobile phone. Unfortunately once we have received memory cards we are unable to return them and they will also be securely destroyed.

As the repair process may involve upgrading the software on your handset, repairmob.com and Regenersis can not be held responsible for data retained on handsets. Please ensure you back up all data on your handset securely before sending it to us.

The Information presented at this Site and contained on this Server is protected by a compilation copyright in the United Kingdom and in other countries. In addition, certain included Information is copyrighted by others. Copying, storing in machine-readable form, downloading, selling, publishing or otherwise disseminating the Information by the Viewer is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Regenersis plc.
